Hi, my name is Shannon Kelly. I am a Board-Certified Patient Advocate and bring over 30 years' experience in the health services and health insurance industry, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Family Studies. My background has given me a deep understanding of the emotional, psychological, and practical challenges individuals face when trying to access medical care they need.
